Who is the bundle designed for?

How do I use the products together?

Start fresh with our Fantastic Face Wash, massaging thoroughly into damp skin on the face and neck. Rinse. Follow up with one pump of the Brighten Up Vitamin C Serum once your skin is clean and dry. Lastly, lock in hydration with the Golden Hour Recovery Cream, massage a dime-sized dab into skin, day or night.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Though not tested for sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with sensitive, reactive skin. If you have extra-sensitive skin, we might recommend a patch test of each individual product on the inner wrist before applying to the full face for extra precaution.

Are the products pregnancy-safe?

Brighten Up Vitamin C Serum does contain a very small amount of natural salicylic acid (a type of BHA) from Aspen Bark. While some healthcare providers recommend avoiding salicylic acid during pregnancy, it is included in this formula at a very low amount (less than 0.5%).

That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

Do the products have fragrance?

Our Fantastic Face Wash has a super-fresh, forest-infused scent blend combining a splash of Cedar, twist of Lime, and hint of Spearmint. The Brighten Up Vitamin C Serum embodies fresh-squeezed citrus topped with herbaceous Rose Hip and Sour Rose. The Golden Hour Recovery Cream contains a mild herbaceous blend of sweet Neroli, sour Rose and spicy Sandalwood.

What if I don’t love it?

We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee.
