    How does this differ from other Golden Hour Body products?  

    Our Golden Hour Body Serum is a targeted body treatment powered by skincare-worthy active ingredients to help support smoother, firmer-looking skin.

    In comparison, our Golden Hour Body Butter is a cushiony, moisture-locking cream that absorbs quickly for a non-greasy feel, while our Golden Hour Dry Oil is a fast-absorbing, dry-finish oil that provides lightweight nourishment for skin and hair without feeling oily.

    How and when do I use this product?  

    Apply generously to damp or dry skin, massaging until fully absorbed. For best results, use daily (AM or PM) to support smooth, even-toned skin.

    Is this meant to be layered or used on its own?  

    Golden Hour Body Serum works beautifully solo but also layers seamlessly, so it’s totally up to you! Pair it with our Golden Hour Dry Oil for an extra boost of radiance, or with our Golden Hour Body Butter to help lock in moisture longer.

    Can I use this on my face?  

    Golden Hour Body Serum was specifically formulated for the skin on your body, so it is intentionally more rich, substantial, and deeply moisturizing.

    If you’re looking for a facial serum with firming benefits, we recommend checking out our Mountain Glow Serum instead.

    Can I use this after shaving or waxing?  

    Yes! You can absolutely use Golden Hour Body Serum after shaving or waxing, but we suggest applying it after any redness or sensitivity has subsided—ususally a few minutes post-shave or wax. If you know your skin happens to be more sensitive, we recommend patch testing first.

    Is this safe for sensitive skin?  

    While not clinically tested on sensitive skin, we have designed our products to work for a variety of skin types and have heard awesome feedback from folks with more sensitive or reactive skin. Of course, if your skin happens to be extra-sensitive, we recommend that you try patch testing before fully applying for extra precaution.

    Is this product pregnancy-safe?  

    Golden Hour Body Serum does not contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy, like vitamin A or high doses (+2%) of salicylic acid. That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    Does this contain fragrance?  

    Golden Hour Body Serum has a mild, herbaceous aroma of sweet Neroli, sour Rose, and Sandalwood that comes entirely from real plant extracts—never synthetic fragrances.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee. 

    How do I start a return?

      Amazing!!!

      As I've gotten older and hit menopause my skin as grown increasingly dry and I've struggled to find a moisturizer that really helps and doesn't just sit on top of my skin. This serum is the answer to all I've been searching for an I'm so glad I found it!

      Nice product! Would like you to offer a bundled package of golden hour recovery face cream, golden hour serum, and golden hour body serum. Also, more samples would be appreciated. Seems you don't have samples of all products.
