    Who is this bundle designed for?  

    This bundle is a great pick for all hair types and textures, including color-treated hair. Go Easy Shampoo gently cleanses without stripping moisture, while Go Easy Conditioner nourishes and detangles for soft, healthy, easy-to-manage hair.

    How do I use these products together?  

    Lather Go Easy Shampoo into wet hair, then rinse thoroughly. Follow with Go Easy Conditioner on mid-lengths and ends, leaving for 1-2 minutes before rinsing clean.

    Can I use these products on color-treated hair?  

    While we have yet to complete formal color-retention testing for these formulas, both do not use harsh, stripping agents—and we’ve heard awesome feedback from folks with color-treated hair.

    Can I use this conditioner as a leave-in?  

    You bet! This lightweight formula hydrates without weighing hair down, so it works perfectly as a leave-in. Simply smooth through damp or wet strands, skip the rinse, and go.

    Are these products pregnancy-safe?  

    Neither of these products contain any ingredients that are commonly avoided during pregnancy, like vitamin A or high doses (+2%) of salicylic acid. That said, we always recommend checking in with your healthcare provider about ingredient lists and any new products during pregnancy.

    Do these formulas include fragrance?  

    Both feature a 100% naturally derived aroma free of synthetic fragrances: a warm, woodsy blend of soothing Sandalwood and fresh Balsam Fir.

    What if I don’t love it?  

    We totally understand that skincare is not one-size-fits-all and that everyone’s skin is unique. If you are not satisfied with your Ursa Major products, you may return your product for a full refund or store credit within 30 days of receiving your order.

    Do you offer free shipping?  

    We happily offer free standard shipping via DHL/USPS for all domestic orders $40+ placed on our website. Orders below $40 will ship via DHL/USPS for a flat $7 fee.
